Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Erepoo, a platform that helps recreational sports organisers coordinate games and collect player payments. By creating an account or paying for a game spot, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Erepoo is operated by Jenrolaoluwa Saheed Fehintoluwa Lasisi, a sole proprietorship operating in the Province of Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at support@erepoo.app.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login credentials safe. We use Clerk to manage authentication.

3. Organisers and players

There are two types of users on Erepoo:

• Organisers create games, set prices, and decide when to confirm the roster. Organisers are responsible for actually running the game they advertise and for honouring agreements with players.
• Players reserve a spot in a game by paying through the platform.

Erepoo is a coordination platform — we are not the organiser of any game. Organisers and players contract directly with each other for the game itself.

4. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying for a game or receiving payouts as an organiser, you also agree to Stripe's end-user terms. Organisers must complete Stripe's identity verification before receiving payouts. Erepoo retains a service fee on each transaction; the fee is shown to the player at checkout and to the organiser in their dashboard.

5. Refunds

Refunds are arranged directly between the organiser and the player. Erepoo does not process refunds on the organiser's behalf except where required by law or where the organiser cancels a game (for example because it didn't reach its minimum number of paid players), in which case every paid player is refunded. 6. Prohibited use

• Listing games you do not intend to run.
• Using the platform to coordinate any illegal activity, including unlicensed gambling.
• Sharing another person's personal information without their consent.
• Attempting to bypass identity verification, fees, or other platform controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. No warranty

Erepoo is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Erepoo in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use Erepoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be heard in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
